Churchill Requirements:

• CDL Class A License
• One-Year Verifiable “OTR” Experience.
• Social Security Card
• Haz-Mat, FAST Card, Enhanced License – Any or All a Plus.
• Birth Certificate, Passport or Resident Alien Card.
• 23 Years of Age or Older.
• Good, Clean “MVR”.
• Stable Work History.
• A “No” Pets Policy.
